A Vice City Goodyear Blimp Has Reportedly Reached South Florida

A Goodyear airship wearing GTA VI "VICE CITY" branding has made its way from Ohio to South Florida, according to fan photos and flight tracking. Rockstar and Goodyear haven't made a formal statement, so treat the details as reported, not announced.

What's reported

• The aircraft: RockstarINTEL identified it on Oct 12 as Wingfoot Three (registration N3A), a Zeppelin LZ N07-101. Photos posted in the Goodyear Blimp Fan Club Facebook group show "VICE CITY" on its sides and, at takeoff, the GTA VI logo underneath.
• The route: it left Goodyear's base in the Akron, Ohio area on Oct 12. GTA BOOM tracked the first leg on FlightAware to Winston-Salem, North Carolina. FlightAware lists Goodyear as the owner.
• The arrival: PlanetGTA6 reports that fan photos shared Oct 14 on r/GTA6 show the airship on the ground at Pompano Beach, Goodyear's Florida airship base. We haven't independently confirmed the arrival.

Who's said what

Rockstar Games hasn't posted about it, and we found nothing on its official X account through Wednesday morning. Goodyear's official channels have issued no statement either. The @GoodyearBlimp account posted a joke on Oct 12 ("101 years old and I still need a babysitter") that fans read as a nod, but it doesn't mention GTA. Neither company has given a schedule or said where the blimp will fly.

The context

A blimp appears in GTA VI's first trailer, and GTA V's Atomic Blimp was a nod to Goodyear's. The airship joins Rockstar's other South Florida marketing, from the Kaseya Center sign to free Wynwood Walls entry for locals.

GTA VI launches Nov 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
