Every new experiment gets a clear route from this page—no matter where the project itself lives.
Bring an idea ↘How projects graduate from this page
The project map is the site's honest ledger of what exists, what is next and what is merely invited. Everything on it sits in one of three lanes, and the lanes mean what they say. Live now means a reader can click through and use the thing today — the digital library, stocked with original guides and focused reads, with checkout and delivery handled through Gumroad so a purchase is a file in your hands in minutes, not a promise. Next lane means the slot is reserved and the standard is set: affiliate picks will appear here only with a direct explanation of why each one earns its place, held to the same disclosure discipline as the rest of the site. Open door means the route is built before the project exists — every new experiment gets a clear path from this page, wherever it eventually lives.
That last lane matters more than it looks. CyberGrokr grows by accretion — a radio station, a VR venue, a frequency lab, a developer community — and the map is how a reader keeps the whole shape in view instead of discovering wings by accident. It is also a commitment device: a project that appears here owes the reader a status, and a project that stalls says so here rather than quietly rotting on a forgotten page.
If you are bringing an idea, bring it through the open door with the essentials attached: what it is, who it is for, and what "done" looks like. The experiments that graduate from this map share a profile — useful on day one, honest about what they are, and finished enough to be embarrassed by in public.
