Plain English version of the rules for the GTAVI INSIDER Monthly Giveaway. By entering, you agree to these rules.

1. No purchase necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Buying anything from cybergrokr.com, GTAVI INSIDER, or any linked store does not improve your odds. Entering is always free, and winning is never conditioned on a purchase.

2. Who can enter
- You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your state of residence, if higher).
- You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
- Void where prohibited by law. If your state bans or restricts this kind of promotion, the giveaway is void there.

3. Sponsor
The sponsor and administrator of this giveaway is GTAVI INSIDER (cybergrokr.com). The prize is purchased and fulfilled by GTAVI INSIDER. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Sony, PlayStation, Microsoft, or Xbox.

4. Entry period
The October 2026 drawing covers entries received from the day this page goes live through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. The giveaway repeats monthly: each calendar month is a new entry period, and entries do not roll over — enter again each month for that month's drawing. Entries received before or after an entry period don't count.

5. How to enter
- Submit your email address using the entry form on this page.
- One entry per person / per email address per monthly drawing. Multiple entries from the same email are removed and only the first counts.
- Your email must stay valid through the winner-notification period — that's how we reach you.
- Entries that are incomplete, use fake information, or come from bots or automated scripts are disqualified.

6. How the winner is chosen
Within 7 days after the entry period ends, we will:
- Export all entries and remove duplicates (one entry per email).
- Run a random draw from the deduplicated list using a documented, verifiable method — a timestamped random draw (e.g., random.org or a recorded random-number script). The draw is never rigged, pre-decided, or weighted: every eligible entry has an equal chance.
- Record the winner, the draw timestamp, and proof of the draw for our records.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The draw is final.

7. Winner notification — 7 days to claim
The winner is notified by email at the address used to enter, and the winner is also announced on this page. To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 7 days of the notification email being sent. If the winner doesn't respond within 7 days, provides an invalid address, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries. (Check your spam folder — notification emails land there sometimes.)

8. The prize
One (1) $25 PlayStation Store or Xbox gift card — the winner chooses which platform. Approximate retail value: $25. The prize is delivered by email (digital code) within 30 days of the winner being confirmed, at no cost to the winner. The prize can't be transferred or redeemed for cash. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on the prize.

9. Privacy — what happens to your email
Your email is used to run the giveaway (process your entry, notify the winner, deliver the prize) and to send GTAVI INSIDER updates — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from the newsletter does not void your giveaway entry. We never sell your information. See our privacy policy for the full picture.

10. Fair play
Anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits entries through automated means, or violates these rules is disqualified. If the giveaway can't run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or anything beyond our control, we may cancel, modify, or suspend it and, if possible, award the prize from the eligible entries received up to that point.

11. Release of liability
By entering, you agree that GTAVI INSIDER / CyberGrokr and its affiliates aren't responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any injury or damage related to the giveaway or the prize — except where the law doesn't allow that exclusion.
