Is there a physical Ultimate Edition?

No. Rockstar Support says physical Standard owners can buy the upgrade from the PlayStation or Microsoft stores once their code has been redeemed. Reported: METAMMO says the Xbox Store lists the upgrade alone at $20.00.

Is Ultimate worth $20? (Opinion)

If you'll play for months, the extra shops and the Classic Car Collection add the most. If you only want the story, Standard is the whole game, and you can upgrade later.
