1. No purchase necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Buying anything from the sponsor, from cybergrokr.com, or from any linked store does not improve your odds. Entering is always free. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not running an official giveaway — see our tips for spotting fake giveaways.

2. Who can enter
- You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your state of residence, if higher).
- You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
- Void where prohibited by law. If your state bans or restricts this kind of promotion, the giveaway is void there.
- Employees of the sponsor and their immediate families may be excluded — the giveaway page will say if so.

3. The sponsor
The sponsor of each giveaway is named on that giveaway's page as [Sponsor]. GTAVI INSIDER / CyberGrokr is the administrator running the entry page and the draw, unless the giveaway page says otherwise. Questions about a specific giveaway go to the contact in section 12.

4. Entry period
Each giveaway lists its own [Start date] and [End date] with times in Eastern Time. Entries submitted before the start date or after the end date don't count. If a giveaway is listed as "coming soon," entries are not open yet — you can join the notify-me list instead, which is not an entry.

5. How to enter
- Submit the entry form on the giveaway's page with your name and a valid email address.
- One entry per email address per giveaway. Multiple entries from the same email are removed, and only the first counts.
- Your email must stay valid through the winner-notification period — that's how we reach you.
- Entries that are incomplete, use fake information, or come from bots or automated scripts are disqualified.

6. How the winner is chosen
Within 7 days after the entry period ends, the administrator will:
- Export all entries and remove duplicates (one entry per email).
- Run a random draw from the deduplicated list using a documented, verifiable method (e.g., random.org or a seeded random script).
- Record the winner, the draw timestamp, and a screenshot of the draw for our records.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The draw is final.

7. Winner notification — 48-hour window
The winner is notified by email at the address used to enter. To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification email being sent. If the winner doesn't respond in 48 hours, provides an invalid address, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries. (Check your spam folder — notification emails land there sometimes.)

8. Prize fulfillment
Each giveaway names its own [Prize] and [Approximate retail value]. Prizes are shipped or delivered to US addresses only, at no cost to the winner, within 30 days of the winner being confirmed (longer if the prize is made to order — the giveaway page will say). Prizes can't be transferred or redeemed for cash. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on the prize.

9. Privacy — what happens to your email
Your name and email are used to run the giveaway (process your entry, notify the winner, deliver the prize). If you opt in, they're also added to the GTAVI INSIDER newsletter so we can tell you about future giveaways — every email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out of the newsletter does not affect your giveaway entry. 10. Fair play
Anyone who tampers with the entry process, submits entries through automated means, or violates these rules is disqualified. If the giveaway can't run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or anything beyond our control, we may cancel, modify, or suspend it and, if possible, award the prize from the eligible entries received up to that point.

11. Release of liability
By entering, you agree that GTAVI INSIDER / CyberGrokr, the sponsor, and their affiliates aren't responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any injury or damage related to the giveaway or the prize — except where the law doesn't allow that exclusion.
