TRAILER 1 — DECEMBER 2023
The reveal. Rockstar confirmed the essentials in about 90 seconds: a return to Vice City and the state of Leonida, a modern-day setting, and first protagonist Lucia — the series' first female lead protagonist. The trailer broke viewing records and set the tone: sun, crime, social media, and Florida-man energy rendered at a new visual bar.
TRAILER 2 — MAY 2025
The deep dive. Trailer 2 introduced Jason Duval, Lucia's partner, and laid out the story's shape: a Bonnie-and-Clyde-style criminal duo trying to survive Leonida's underworld after a score goes wrong. It showed far more of the map — beaches, swamps, keys, city streets — and confirmed the game's satirical lens is aimed squarely at modern Florida.
